add some sucuk. this is a beautiful spicy and fermented sausage that you can find in most turkish speciality delicatessens or online.
fold the edges over, and twist the ends to make a canoe shape.
turn the pizza oven down to a low setting once the pide is in place, allowing the dough and filling to cook at a slower pace than you would cook a Neapolitan pizza.
