Shipping

Your order will be shipped directly to you from our UK warehouse. The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.

You will receive a confirmation email/text to the email/mobile number you provide at checkout as soon as you have placed an order. 

We will send you a shipping confirmation email/text and tracking number (where the shipping method provides this service) as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please carefully check your address is correct.

Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on a Saturday or Sunday will be prepared for shipping the next working day.

Packaging

All of our packaging is recyclable. Caring for our environment is very important to us. Please try to recycle your packaging.

Returns / Refunds

We hope you love your Babadoh product as much as we do and it becomes part of your pizza adventures. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. 
Conditions of Return:

All products must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. 

You will be responsible for return postage costs. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from www.babadoh.com only. If you purchased from a stockist, please contact them directly.

Replacements / Refunds

If your item is damaged or faulty on arrival, we are happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
