What methods of payment do you accept?
Online we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We do not accept cheques or cash.
Where is my order confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email/text to the email/mobile number you provide at checkout as soon as you have placed an order. Please check your spam/junk folders. If you have not received an order confimation, please contact us.
My order will be a gift. Can I have a gift receipt?
Unfortunately we are not offering this service yet.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. We're happy to help out with the returns process though. If for any reason you need to return an order, visit our returns page.
What if I am charged import tax for an EU delivery?
Babadoh is a registered company in Northern Ireland. the NI protocol allows goods to flow from Northern Ireland to the EU without customs checks, tariffs or new paperwork.
You should not be charged import tax on your order.
What can i do if something is wrong with my order?
We're sorry about this. If your order is missing, has arrived damaged or is incorrect please contact us with a description of the problem and a clear image of your delivery note and the damaged item(s) so that we can resolve this for you.
What happens if the colours I choose are out of stock?
We try to keep the website up to date, however sometimes particular colours sell out quickly. We understand this can be frustrating, so when this does happen we will try our best to let you know how soon it's coming back into stock.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free of charge to the UK mainland, Northerin Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Delivery to Europe costs £7.50.
How long will Ihave to wait to receive my order?

What delivery method do you use?
We use Royal Mail for deliveries.
Can I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email and/or text as soon as your order is dispatched, with a tracking number.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation or your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will be working hard to make sure your order is packed and processed as quickly as possible. We are unable to amend address details once an order has been placed.
Will I be charged custom and import costs?
Custom or import charges are not applicable for orders within the UK.
In Europe, local customs officers may charge import duties. Please make them aware that the item is shipped from Northern Ireland, within the European Union and you should not pay the charges.
Babadoh cannot reimburse any duties or fees charged by local customs.
Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please visit our returns page for instructions on how to return your unused item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and checked.
Can I return an item?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it unused, in the original condition and packaging within 14 days and we will refund the purchase price to you.
How do I return an item?

How much does it cost to return an item?
If you are returning items that are damaged or faulty on arrival, Babadoh will cover the costs for return shipping.
We don't offer a free returns service unless the items you are returning are damaged or faulty. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund (£4.60).
How will I know you have refunded me?
Once we have received your returned items, we'll send you an email confirming if a refund is approved or not.
If approved, we'll credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email.
Your refund should be processed within 10 days of the item(s) being received at our warehouse. However, please allow up to 20 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
If you have not received your refund in this time, please contact us so we can investigate.
What kind of silicone do you use?
Babadoh is made from a food-grade silicone that meets EU and US testing standards and can be used for years and years.
Is a Babadoh food safe?
We test our materials and our final Babadoh product and are proud to say we comply with German BfR and US FDA food contact material standards, which means Babadoh is food-safe and does not leach any nasty chemicals into your food.
What size is a Babadoh?
Original Babadoh dimensions are h6.4 x w13.4 x d12.2cm, and sized to proof pizza dough balls for pizzas up to 12".
Babadoh Big dimensions are h7.3 x w13.4 x d14.6cm, and sized to proof pizza dough balls for pizzas between 12 and 16".
Is a Babadoh freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher safe?
Babadoh is safe to use in the freezer, microwave, oven (keep the heat below 200°C) and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
How do I clean a Babadoh?
Babadohs are dishwasher safe, or handwash with hot soapy water. avoid harsh chemicals like bleach.
If you sniff some lingering food odours, clean with a paste made from baking soda and water. Coat the inside of Babadoh with the paste for half an hour, then rinse and dry.
