Use the rounded edge of your dough scraper to gently scrape dough from bowls and work surfaces without tearing. The straight edge can be used to section dough portions.

Remember it's not just great for pizza dough, but also for bread, pastry and other types of dough...or:

• Scrape every drop of cake mix, icing, or batter from a mixing bowl.
• Manipulate and roll dough.
• Smooth icing around a cake.
• Scrape soft pastry from your work surface.

Dishwasher safe, or handwash with hot soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach and sharp utensils.
