Delivery & Returns

Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on a Saturday or Sunday will be prepared for shipping the next working day.

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email/text to the email/mobile number you provide at checkout as soon as you have placed an order. 

We will send you a shipping confirmation email/text and tracking number (where the shipping method provides this service) as soon as your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All of our packaging is recyclable. Caring for our environment is very important to us. Please try to recycle your packaging.

Returns / Refunds

We hope you love your Babadoh product as much as we do, and it becomes part of your pizza adventures. If for any reason you would like to return your order, we've tried to make this as easy as possible for you.

We are happy to offer a refund on items, unused and in the original packaging and condition within 14 days of you receiving your order.
