How do I make a return?

If something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving them. Unwanted items should be sent back to us in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

How much does it cost to return an item?

We are unable to take responsibility for shipping costs to return unwanted items or for lost packages. Please ensure your returned package is sent using a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

Babadoh will cover the costs for return shipping of items that are damaged or faulty on arrival with you.


Faulty items

Please contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned items, we'll send you an email confirming if a refund is approved, and the card used to pay for your order will be credited.

Your refund should be processed within 10 days of the item(s) being received at our warehouse. However, please allow up to 20 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
